Returns & Refunds Policy
BelleModeShop aims to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience. If you believe an item received is unsuitable, the following policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be considered.
Return Timeframe
Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return Approval
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements in order to be considered:
- The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or used
- The item remains in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
Items that do not satisfy these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer without refund.
Refund Assessment & Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once the assessment is completed:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection outcome by email
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank and may vary
Refund Status Enquiries
If a refund has been approved but not yet reflected, customers are advised to:
- Review their bank or card statement
- Contact their card issuer regarding pending credits
- Check with their bank for posting timelines

Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased at discounted prices, during promotions, or marked as sale items are not eligible for refund. Only items purchased at full retail price qualify under this policy.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items.
- Original delivery charges are not refundable
- Approved refunds may have return shipping costs deducted
- BelleModeShop is not responsible for items lost during return transit
For higher-value returns, customers are advised to use a traceable shipping method or shipping insurance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests must be submitted within the return timeframe.

- Order number
- Product details
- Clear supporting photographs, where applicable
