1.Order & Address Changes
Requests to amend a delivery address must be submitted promptly after an order is placed. Address change requests received within 6 hours of order submission may be accommodated where processing has not yet begun. To request a change, please email Support@bellemodeshop.com with your order reference and updated address details. Once processing or dispatch has commenced, modifications may no longer be possible.
2. Order Amendments or Cancellations
If you wish to adjust order details such as size, colour, or item selection, please submit your request within 6 hours of purchase. Requests should include your order number and the specific change required and be sent to Support@bellemodeshop.com. Changes are handled manually and may not immediately reflect in automated confirmations. Requests received outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Sizing Guidance
Each product listing includes a size reference intended to assist with selecting the most suitable fit. Customers are advised to take accurate body measurements and compare them against the measurements provided, as fit may vary depending on design and cut.
4. Sizing Consistency
While BelleModeShop maintains internal sizing standards, minor differences may occur between styles due to fabric composition or garment structure. For best results, customers should always consult the size information provided on the individual product page.
5. Customs Charges for International Orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are payable by the recipient. Customers are encouraged to consult their local customs authority or courier for guidance before placing an order.
