Washing & Care Guide

Proper garment care helps preserve fit, colour, and fabric quality. The following guidelines are provided to assist customers in maintaining their BelleModeShop items over time.

General Care Instructions
For newly purchased garments, professional dry cleaning is recommended for the initial one to three cleanings, particularly for tailored, embellished, or structured designs. Cotton-based items may be washed in cold water to reduce the risk of shrinkage. Coloured garments should be cleaned separately to avoid colour transfer. When using a washing machine, select gentle cycles and limit spin duration to minimise creasing. Air drying in a shaded area or laying garments flat is preferred.

LuniBella is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling. Items showing signs of care negligence are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Cotton
Cold hand washing with a mild detergent is recommended. If machine washing is necessary, place the garment in a laundry bag and ensure all fastenings are secured. Do not soak. Dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and fabric fatigue.

Linen
Professional cleaning is advised for the first wash. Subsequent washes should be done gently by hand using a mild detergent. For garments with decorative elements, handle carefully and avoid friction. Lay flat to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

Wool
Dry cleaning is strongly recommended due to the risk of shrinkage and fibre distortion. If hand washing is attempted, use cold water with suitable wool care products and avoid twisting or wringing. Dry naturally on a flat surface and gently reshape while damp.

Knitwear
Dry cleaning is preferred to maintain structure and prevent stretching. If hand washing, use lukewarm water and specialised knit detergent. Press excess water out gently and dry flat on a clean towel.

Rayon
Initial dry cleaning is advised. Hand wash only after the first clean using lukewarm water and a neutral detergent. Rayon fibres are delicate when wet; avoid soaking, wringing, or aggressive movement. Secure all fasteners prior to washing.

Polyester, Acrylic, and Chiffon
Hand washing in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent is recommended. Wash items separately and secure all closures. These fabrics may wrinkle or develop static if mishandled. Dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.Leather, Suede, Fur, Cashmere, and Silk
These materials require specialised care. Always use professional dry-cleaning services experienced with delicate or luxury fabrics. Home washing is not recommended.
